Meeting Minutes of the ICC Rosary Society (May 16, 2021)
Meeting began with the Hail Mary.
Members present- Kirby Lockard, Linda Crocker, Glenda Wolfe,
Katie Fink, Sandy Fink, Cyndy Maletta and Jane Brown.
Gabe was a visitor
Minutes from the April 25 meeting were approved as presented.
Treasurer's report showed a balance of $612.70 + $88 for coats and
was approved as presented
OLD BUSINESS:
*We will use Tupperware items donated by Donna Duvall for door prizes
and consolation prizes for the Prize bingo.
*Gave carnations for Mothers’ Day (50)
NEW BUSINESS
*Prize Bingo on Sunday, May 23
Need Gift Cards, items for left over drawing
Set up Saturday, May 22 after the 4:00 mass
Risers will be set on the stage and prizes put on the risers
This will help make more room for bingo players
*Next Rosary at the Grotto is June 5 @ 3:30
*Bus trip to casino postponed until fall
